Terms and Conditions - Teenage Group

CLOTHING Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and jazz shoes.

NOTICE TO LEAVE: WE REQUIRE A TERM’S NOTICE IN WRITING SHOULD YOUR CHILD DECIDE TO LEAVE THIS GROUP.

Once a student joins our Teen Group, the Contract (Enrolment Forms) is ongoing and assumed to run on from term to term unless due notice is given as above. If a student leaves ANY OF THE CLASSES THEY SIGN UP TO without notice being given, then half a term’s fees must be paid in lieu of notice. Failure to pay any fees owed will be referred to our Solicitor and action taken to recoup funds as necessary.

SAFEGUARDING AND SECURITY
All of our staff have enhanced DBS certificates and all performances are staffed by Licensed Chaperones as per Government Legislation for Child Protection in public performance venues.

Fees

FEES for our Teen Group are payable in advance STRICTLY ON A TERMLY BASIS.

All fees are to be paid on the 1ST WEEK OF TERM.

  • FEES for the Foundation Course are payable in TWO WAYS

    One payment of £275 (deposit) on acceptance
    plus one payment of £2500 on 1st September.
    or
    One payment of £275 (deposit) on acceptance
    plus nine further payments of £275 on 1st of each month
    from September to May inclusive.

    Jazz Dance (tbc) and Masterclasses can be paid in the FOLLOWING WAYS:
    Through the website
    In the office on our card machine
