A Big Actors' Workshop Welcome to our new teachers:
Ollie Parham, Dave Rogers, Eioin Slattery and Sita Calvert-Ennals.

All the guys are trained, experienced working actors - and Sita is a very exciting young director. Bios to follow...



As always, we have an exciting and varied programme this term.

Because many of our students are represented by casting agents, we will be focussing on audition technique. How  do you make the most of those precious ten minutes to impress a casting director and get the job?

Most of the work available for kids at the moment is in film and television. We are using this term to explore aspects of TV, hopefully creating and filming some original work....

Manwhile, we will continue to hone our skills across the board, with the help of our wonderful new teachers. Elise Ball will return to teach dance; Clara and Nanette will continue to work on singing and voice/accent/dialect respectively. We also welcome veteran West End performer Zeph Gould to teach musical theatre and dance workshops.

LAMDA - exams are this term. Do make sure Nanette has your forms and fees!

SADLY, we say goodbye to Chris and Andy for a while.

Chris has been cast as Bottom/Stephano in SHAKESPEARE AT THE TOBACCO FACTORY'S upcoming season.

(AW trip to see Chris in MSND on Tuesday March 2nd.)

Andy is back from doing OTHELLO in the West End and is starting a major tour of THE CANTERBURY TALES for Northern Broadsides, playing Chaucer and staff directing.

(We are planning a trip to see this in Windsor in May...)
